ancient volcanic eruption

Like Comment 253 likes dangerousbizThe Giant's Causeway is one of the most popular places to visit in Northern Ireland - and you can probably tell why from this photo: it's just so unique! There are legends about how the Giant's Causeway was formed (they all involve giants, in case you hadn't guessed), but the real architect was cooling lava from an ancient volcanic eruption. It's just so crazy that it cooled into these perfect pillars! 🌋 This is just one of the many cool places in Ireland I'm visiting on my trip with @shamrockertours! ☘️🇮🇪 Who wants to visit? dangerousbiz#giantscauseway #northernireland #unesco #unescosite #visitnorthernireland #shamrockeradventures #fanfeckintastic #exploreireland #discoverireland #failteireland #finnmaccool #instaireland #tripitpic #tbscommunity #travelstoke #tlpicks #lovetheworld #lifewelltraveled #adventureculture #adventurethatislife #places_wow #worldtravelpics #world_captures #beautifulworld #cntraveler #lpfanphoto #ourplanetdaily #wanderfolk hittheglobetravelMe!!! How long do you recommend going to Ireland for? jeanplanstotravelTravel goals. chantellestobbeimagery@dangerousbiz Have you been to Iceland? There is a place there called Reyknisfjara that is the same - basalt stacks on a black lava stone beach - just alot less touristy akcalidreamin@jlau87 dangerousbiz@pacmanny Depends how much you want to see! A week could be okay, but two weeks would be better I think! Lots to see here. dangerousbiz@chantellestobbeimagery Yes I've been there! (It's gotten much more touristy in the last years though, like all of Iceland.)
