If you let in too many westerner's they'll try to change it into some sort of weird multicultural mess like westerners are doing in europe. I've met some of the rudest people and they are Japanese. They believe that they are so polite. One of my Japanese FRIEND said that I was an impolite jerk because I didn't hold the door for a woman.
